About Debut 2.0

Debut 2.0 is a learning initiative for women who have taken a break in their careers and want to re-enter the workforce as strong recruitment professionals.

As per our first leg of Debut 2.0 we will request candidates with prior experience in the recruitment space or want to get into the recruitment space to apply for the return ship program.

Debut 2.0 is not just directing the talent to the relevant organization, but to trains and equip you with the knowledge on latest tools and platforms used in the recruitment space. The program will also provide soft skill training and mentors to help increase the returnee’s confidence and to have a meaningful impact as you begin your journey. Again.

The program offers flexibility and ease of transition from your break to getting back to work.
A four week training program which will help you be up to date with recruiting world.
Training programs are conducted over the weekend for 2 to 3 hrs. This will be an online training program.
You will be trained by the industries best in the recruitment space.
You will have the opportunity to update your skills and expertise as you work on real projects with real impact.
Like minded re-joiners will support you as you restart your journey together.
After you complete the program. The internship experience could lead you to an opportunity with various organizations including Women Changemakers.

How does the Debut 2.0 Work?

Step 1

Click on the link and apply (Please make sure that you have prior experience in recruitment or intend to move towards the domain)

Step 2

We will review your resume and if deem fit. An invitation for a virtual introductory Kick off session by Women Changemakers will be emailed.

Step 3

In the kick off session we will specify the Start day and End day, Course Curriculum, along with the trainers info.

Step 4

At the end of the training session, we will have an interview with all the candidates to gauge their effectiveness.

Step 5

The selected candidates who have successfully completed the training program will be recommended for a role in various organizations including Women Changemakers.
